Traveling Eastbound on I-40

Take exit 221A TN45 North "The Hermitage", then take the TN265 East Central Pike exit. Turn right onto Central Pike and take the first left into the Summit Medical Park. We are in the largest building to the left, "Physician Offices". Our office is on the 2nd floor.

Traveling Westbound on I-40

Take Exit 221 to Old Hickory Blvd. Take right on Old Hickory Blvd toward the Hermitage. Go 0.2 miles to Central Pike. Turn left onto Central Pike and take the first right into the Summit Medical Park. We are in the largest building to the left, "Physician Offices". Our office is on the 2nd floor.

From Lebanon Road (Hwy 70)

Take Old Hickory Blvd south to Central Pike. Turn right on Central Pike and then right into our parking lot. We are in the largest building to the left, and our office is on the second floor.
